Wine Aromas will ship your order anywhere, within the United States and Canada. Use the following link, to calculate approximate shipping costs.

After you have completely filled out your information at "check-out" and before you "confirm" your order, the actual shipping and handling rates will appear. At this point, you may either "confirm" or "cancel" the order. All "in stock" merchandise is usually* processed and shipped by the next business day.** Upon shipment of your order, Wine Aromas will contact you via E-mail and provide you with your tracking number.

Shipping Choices and Shipping & Handling Policies:

UPS GROUND (Order arrives in 5-7 business days, after the guaranteed UPS shipping day)
UPS 2nd DAY AIR (Order arrives on the 2nd business day,* after the guaranteed UPS shipping day)

Wine Aromas believes in giving our customers the most reasonable shipping and handling charges in the industry. You pay the actual shipping cost that carriers bill to us and we keep our handling charges down to a minimum. The result is a lower overall cost to you!

*Because of high sales volume during the holiday season, we may be unable to package "in stock" merchandise for the next business day. Wine Aromas issues a guaranteed processing and delivery date, as outlined on our home page.

**Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Return Policy:

Wine Aromas will accept returns, if we receive our merchandise unopened and in perfect condition, within 30 days of the date you received your order. We will reimburse your credit card for the original purchase, minus shipping and handling charges.

Canadian Orders:

The Canadian Customs Department will assess import duties on all orders arriving in Canada. Please contact your Customs Department, to inquire about such duties. We will not accept returns or charge-backs, because you refuse to pay appropriate import duties.

All international sales are final and you waive right to all chargeback. We appreciate your co-operation. Should you wish to call your customs office, please tell them that the tarif number is 4901.99.00 (book/publication) and the value of your purchase.
